When hiring a DJ for your wedding or corporate event it is important to remember this fact. A great DJ will have a backup. Likely an extra computer/laptop/tablet at the venue for those just-in-case moments. When in the initial planning stages of your big day, be sure to ask your DJs if they have more than one set of equipment – not just multiple computers. If something as simple as the soldering of a wire comes loose with a speaker or mixer connection are they going to be able to keep the show going?
What is the difference of dj & mc?
A DJ provides the sound, lighting and music at your event, while an MC is the host of your event; they incorporate the music the DJ is providing, but they work to engage the crowd with the groom & bride, elevating the entire feel of the evening’s entertainment.

how to book with a dj

Contact DJLentertainment by filling out the form on our website's contact page or requesting a quote.

Provide detailed information about your event, including the number of attendees and any other pertinent information a DJ, technician, MC, wedding officiant, videographer or photographer may need to know, in order to receive a customized quote and package rates.
3.
Meet with us to discuss the timeline of your event, finalizing all details two to three weeks before the event date.
4.
Select your preferred DJ package or customized quote and pay a 50% booking deposit as per the standard contract.
5.
Review the event timeline, music selection, and other program details in the final meeting.
6.
Relax and enjoy your special day, your DJ will handle everything as discussed in previous meetings, and we hope you have a memorable experience!
